I create each piece with the intention the wearer will enjoy it for years to come. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible.

For a Refund or Exchange, the unworn and unused item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. (Personalized/Custom pieces are final sale.)

If there is a sizing issue with a piece that you have ordered, I will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 30 days of the order date.

Please note: Any return or exchange postage fee must be covered by the customer.

The customer responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. I am not responsible for lost return packages, so sending the package with tracking is recommended. Please send an email to start your exchange or return process.

Damaged items

I make each piece to last but, like all things, jewelry can be broken. If your item has broken during normal wear, within the first 90 days after purchase, I will repair or replace it at no cost. After 90 days, repair requests will be considered on a individual basis.
